General Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the agreement between Nexus and the User on the basis of the Topmob subscription service. These terms and conditions apply to any offer or agreement, excluding any terms and conditions used by the user, and may be updated and/or modified by Nexus from time to time. By using this Service, you implicitly indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any applicable legal provisions (including but not limited to the Licensee's Copyright Notice, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, etc.).

Application Content

"Application Content" means all materials, information, tools, content, links, tags and logos received or displayed, and all applications and content that can be downloaded and/or accessed from or available through the topmob.zone website.

Services

The only cost is the subscription. The service is entirely based on short messages (SMS) and/or portal access (WAP/Web), where content is accessible to the user's mobile phone via the web or WAP. To benefit from this service, you must be 18 years old or older and have permission from the bill holder.

Access via WAP or mobile data networks may be subject to additional data costs (GPRS/3G/4G/5G) imposed by your network operator. Please contact your network operator for more information.

  • Tariff and Billing:

The cost of the service is 0.27 JOD per day (Jordanian Dinars, including applicable taxes in accordance with the regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan). This service will be automatically renewed daily when there is credit in your account or added to your monthly mobile bill.

  • Service Availability:

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the absence of technical availability that depends on access of the operator's network. The listening and browsing quality provided to the user is not less than the minimum specified by the technical specifications of the network operator.

  • Compatibility:

The service is available across all mobile platforms such as iPad, iPod, iPhone, and Android devices.

  • Age Limitation:

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use this service under any circumstances or for any reason. By opening an account, accessing the site, and/or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time for free.

To Unsubscribe:

  • For Zain Jordan, Orange Jordan, and Ucell/UMIA users, send STOP TOPMOB to the shortcode from which you receive service messages, or manage your subscription via the account menu at topmob.zone.

Accessibility and Territory

The purpose of the service provided and managed by Nexus is to allow users to access and use the content available on the topmob.zone website. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the account and bears full responsibility for all activities carried out within this account. As long as your subscription is effective, you can log in to and use the service at any time and without limits. Nexus will take necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information you hold.

This service is only available within the territory of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (+962) and cannot be accessed from any other region.

Violation of Conditions & Intellectual Property

You understand and agree that in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may terminate your access to the Service and/or cancel or delete your account if we determine that you have violated our terms and conditions. The materials used and presented in the Service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, illustrations, artwork, music, video, audio, names, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Nexus, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws.

Any such content may be offered solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, sell, broadcast, or circulate any of these materials without the written permission of Nexus or the appropriate affiliate. The Topmob Service may not be used to intentionally engage in illegal behavior. We will not knowingly create, store, or publish any illegal content, infringe copyright, or infringe any intellectual property rights. The Service may not be used to send spam or promote sending it.

Regulatory Compliance

This Value-Added Service (VAS) operates in compliance with the local telecommunications standards regulated by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) of Jordan.
